Berry Cobbler

The peach cobbler was such a success that we decided to try it out with berries. Also, blueberries and cherries were on sale.

I used the same recipe, but with blueberries, cherries, and a few raspberries (left over from the key lime pie). It doesn’t work quite the same way, because the blueberries in their skins don’t mingle with the sugar and release their juices (strawberries, sliced in half, would do it – ooh, strawberry-rhubarb cobbler…?), but it’s nothing to sneeze at. Unless of course you’re allergic to berries, or gluten.

Anyway. Yum.
